Position Overview:


We are currently seeking a Customer Support representative to join our team at Bolster Legal. As a Customer Support professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during night shifts.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Review case details provided by case managers or attorneys to determine required medical records and documents.
  • Contact healthcare facilities via phone, email, or fax to request medical records and related documents, adhering to each facility's preferred method of communication.
  • Prepare request letters and HIPAA authorization forms in compliance with healthcare regulations and client requirements.
  • Follow up with healthcare facilities to ensure timely receipt of requested documents, documenting all communications and progress updates.
  • Coordinate with case managers or task assignors to provide updates on record retrieval status and address any additional requirements.
  • Confirm the completeness of received records and identify any missing documents or discrepancies, taking necessary steps to obtain any outstanding information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency in medical records retrieval.
  • Occasionally, liaise with insurance companies & law enforcement agencies to open claims and obtain traffic collision reports (TCR) as needed.


Additional Information:


  • This is a full-time night shift position, Monday to Friday.
  • Salary range: 20,000k - 25,000k per month.
  • Medical insurance benefits provided.
  • On-site role based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
  • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience.
  • Residence located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
