Roles and Responsibilities:
1)Effective Communication with Customers:
  • Engage with customers using professional and effective business communication tactics.
  • Understand customer needs and inquiries to provide appropriate assistance.
  • Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer service experience.
2)Excellent Listening and Communication Skills:
  • Demonstrate exceptional listening skills to fully comprehend customer concerns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear, concise, and articulate communication.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to address customer issues.
3)Convincing Customers and Resolving Queries:

  • Employ persuasive and problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns.
  • Guide customers through problem resolution processes, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints or disputes efficiently and professionally.
4) Fluency in English:
  • Communicate fluently in the English language, both in spoken and written form.
  • Ensure clarity and precision in all interactions with English-speaking customers.
5) Flexibility to Work in Rotational Shifts:

  • Be adaptable to work in various shifts as required by the organization, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Ensure availability to assist customers during their preferred times.
