Requirements
  • Minimum of3 years of experience in IT recruiting preferably in nichehiring.
  • Proventrack record ofsuccessfully sourcing and placing candidates in specialized ITroles.
  • Familiarity withvarious sourcing techniques including but not limited to networkingsocial media job boards and Booleansearches.
  • Strong understandingof technical requirements and the ability to assess candidatequalifications effectively.
  • Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written with the ability toengage and build relationships with candidates and hiringmanagers.
  • Experience workingremotely and independentlydemonstratingselfmotivation and time managementskills.
  • Ability to thrive ina fastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate withhiring managers to understand their specific technical requirementsand hiring needs.
  • Source screen andqualify candidates using various methods and tools ensuringalignment with job requirements and culturalfit.
  • Build andmaintain a strongpipeline of qualified candidates for current and future jobopenings.
  • Manage the endtoendrecruitment process including interview coordination feedbackcollection and offernegotiation.
  • Provide anexceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitmentlifecycle.
  • Stay updated onindustry trends and best practices in IT recruiting continuouslyimproving sourcing strategies andprocesses.
  • Maintainaccurate anduptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)or other recruitment tools.
  • Communicateeffectively with candidates hiring managers and other stakeholdersto provide regular updates on recruitmentstatus.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ITrecruiting, preferably in niche hiring. Proven track record ofsuccessfully sourcing and placing candidates in specialized ITroles.
