Position: Business Development Manager - US Recruitment
Duration: Fulltime
Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore
Shift: Night (5 PM to 3 PM)
Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager specializing in IT and non-IT recruitment services, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, fostering client relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to meet our clients’ hiring needs. You will leverage your industry knowledge, network, and sales acumen to identify opportunities, engage with prospects, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the North American market and achieve revenue targets for IT and Non-IT recruitment services.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target industries, including but not limited to:
IT (Information Technology)
Healthcare
Finance
Engineering
Manufacturing
Retail
Hospitality
Education
Build relationships with key decision-makers, hiring managers, and HR professionals at client organizations, understanding their recruitment needs and challenges.
Conduct needs assessments and consultative meetings with clients to understand their hiring requirements, culture, and business objectives.
Develop and present customized recruitment solutions, including staffing strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and value-added services, to address client needs and differentiate our offerings.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and exceptional candidate experience.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and client terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape within the recruitment industry, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate forecasting and accountability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the recruitment industry, with a focus on IT and Non-IT recruitment services.
Hands on experience in bringing VMS, Direct Client requirement on boards.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
