Sales Team Lead

Languages - Hindi & EnglishPosition Overview:As the team lead for our lead generation team, you will play a critical role in managing andguiding our lead generation on call team to ensure lead nurturing & conversion. You will beresponsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, providing training &support, and implementing strategies to enhance conversion.Responsibilities:1. Team Management:- Lead and supervise a team of lead generation sales executives representatives, fosteringa positive and collaborative work environment.- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, encouraging theirprofessional development and maximising their potential.- Conduct regular team meetings, set performance goals, and monitor individual and teamperformance metrics.- Coordinate schedules, shifts, and workload distribution to ensure optimal coverage andefficient operations to ensure no lead miss outs.2. Lead nurturing & process setup- Create processes for nurturing leads . Setup checks to ensure adherence to the processset.- Understand the gaps that exist in the current process and actively work to solve for themwith current stakeholders .- Ensure all leads are attended to with the hygiene required (response time, call adherence,all leads attended to dilligently) in check .- Nurture and test out leads from different sources that are available . Setup processes toeliminate any gaps in customer interaction, sales conversion & call dials .3. Training , Development:- Assist with the training and development team to deliver training programs to onboardnew team members and ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliverexceptional service.- Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, leadnurturing techniques, and problem-solving abilities.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead nurturing & conversion,and share relevant insights and knowledge with the team.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performanceand identify areas of improvement.- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends,and areas of focus to senior management.- Disposition file management, ensuring correct and accurate disposition data.- Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize teamperformance.
Qualifications:- Preferrable 3-5 years of experience in customer facing roles, lead generation teammanagement, experience or related roles.- Preferable if you have experience building teams.- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire adiverse team.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.- Understanding of numbers and Microsoft excel is a must- Proficiency in using google suite (gsheets, gforms)- Ability to handle customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solvingskills.- Ability to handle sales targets is a must .
