We are currently seeking a talented and driven Growth Marketing Associate to join our high-performing marketing team.
Position Overview: As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic marketing initiatives. Leveraging your experience in business operations, sales operations, and management information systems (MIS), you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires a proactive and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of business operations and marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize MIS tools and analytics platforms to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to marketing performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
Business Operations Support: Provide support for various business operations initiatives, including process optimization, workflow automation, and performance tracking.
Sales Operations Coordination: Work closely with the sales operations team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, optimize lead generation processes, and improve conversion rates.
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
Customer Insights: Conduct market research and customer surveys to gain insights into customer preferences, needs, and behaviors, informing marketing strategies and product development efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Performance Tracking and KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns, sales performance, and customer engagement, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or MIS roles, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on growth marketing techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and learning.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
