Job Description: Organic Growth Marketing Specialist for YouTube and Social Media
We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Organic Growth Marketing Specialist to join our YouTube and social media team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and executing innovative strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and subscriber growth across various social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on YouTube.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement organic growth strategies to increase YouTube channel subscribers, video views, and engagement
Conduct thorough research on target audience, competitors, and industry trends to inform content strategy and optimize performance
Collaborate with the creative team, including script writers, video editors, and motion graphic designers, to ensure content aligns with organic growth objectives
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search visibility and click-through rates
Identify and capitalize on trending topics, hashtags, and opportunities for increased organic reach and engagement
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, collaborators, and other YouTube channels for cross-promotion and partnership opportunities
Analyze and interpret YouTube and social media analytics to measure the success of organic growth strategies and identify areas for improvement
Create and manage an engaging community on YouTube and other social media platforms, actively responding to comments and fostering meaningful interactions
Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube and social media algorithms, best practices, and trends in organic growth marketing
Collaborate with the paid media team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in organic growth marketing, preferably for YouTube or other social media platforms
Proven track record of successfully growing YouTube channels and social media accounts organically
In-depth knowledge of YouTube and other major social media platforms, including algorithms, best practices, and trends
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data using tools such as Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics
Excellent understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search visibility
Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment with new organic growth strategies and tactics
