Key Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition through proactive outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, events).
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Understand client needs deeply and pitch tailored corporate gifting solutions that add value.
Work closely with internal teams (design, operations, and finance) to deliver end-to-end gifting solutions.
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Keep a pulse on industry trends, competition, and opportunities in the corporate gifting space.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset take responsibility, show initiative, and drive results without hand-holding.
What Were Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of hunting new business.
Prior corporate gifting industry experience is highly desirable.
Strong ability to initiate conversations, open doors, and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A self-starter who takes complete ownership of their pipeline and outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
