Business Development & New Client Acquisition Associate

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business clients through effective lead generation and cold calling.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective clients independently.
  • Maintain daily call and appointment targets to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the companys offerings to confidently pitch to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain records of calls, meetings, and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Ensure 100% achievement of assigned sales and appointment targets with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to handle cold calls and convert leads.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition will be an added advantage.
