Roles and Responsibilities

  • Offer personal assistance to the MD as needed, managing their schedule and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Oversee export import documentation processes and provide secretarial support for various projects.
  • Ensure effective office coordination by maintaining accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Handle secretarial activities, including calendar management, fixing appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-13 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a manufacturing industry setting.
  • Strong skills in administration, assistance, calendar management, EA (Executive Assistant), PA (Personal Assistant) functions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
