Job Title: Business Development Manager
Exp -7-12yrs
Job Description:
Looking for someone with strong GCC connections.
Proven record on selling Cloud, cyber security, automation, and other IT services to large BFSI, Retail or global delivery centers in India.
Ability to acquire large deals (5+ Crores)
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
Understand client requirements and work with presales and solution teams to address client requirements.
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and drive, with the ability to persuade and inspire sales staff.
Attend forums, conferences and build relationships with technology partners and advisors to generate leads.
The ability to establish new accounts and grow business throughout the organization and drive customer satisfaction into the entire account.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 7 - 12 Years of selling Cloud, cyber security, automation, and other IT services to large BFSI, Retail or global delivery centers in India.
- Proven record of successfully achieving sales targets and goals
- High energy, self-motivated, and highly driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to have first level technology discussion with customer is plus.
Bachelor's Degree must. MBA preferred
