Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SAASVERSE PVT.LTD. located in Jaipur. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be responsible for employer branding and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting skills
Experience in employer branding and creating a strong employer brand
Interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate fit
Experience in using recruiting tools and platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
