Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent, a deep understanding of the IT landscape, and a passion for creating a seamless candidate experience. This role will be instrumental in building a strong IT workforce that aligns with our company's goals and culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Job Postings: Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions that attract top IT talent.
  • Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and providing feedback.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and culture to potential candidates and enhance our presence in the IT community.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.). Zoho Recruits experience preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
