This is afulltime onsite role for a Talent Acquisition Lead located inJaipur. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible forfulllife cycle recruiting including identifying top talentcoordinating interviews and making hiring decisions. The TalentAcquisition Lead will also be responsible for employer brandingcreating job descriptions and building relationships with hiringmanagers.


Responsibilities:

  • Partnerwith hiring managers to understand staffing needs and developrecruitment strategies
  • Sourcecandidates through various channels including job boards socialmedia networking events and employeereferrals
  • Screen resumes conductphone screens and coordinate interviews with hiringteams
  • Build and maintainrelationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidateexperience throughout the recruitmentprocess
  • Manage offer negotiationsand facilitate the hiring process including extending offers andcoordinating onboardingactivities
  • Stay updated on industrytrends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improveprocesses andstrategies




Requirements


  • Bachelorsdegree in human resources Business Administration or a relatedfield
  • 3 years of experience inrecruitment with a focus on fullcycle recruiting (JewelleryIndustry Experience is aplus).
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully sourcing and hiring toptalent.
  • Strong knowledge ofrecruitment best practices including candidate sourcing techniquesand interview methods
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport with candidates and hiringmanagers.
  • Ability to workindependently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively as part of ateam.
  • Proficiency in applicanttracking systems and other recruitmenttools.
  • Attention to detail andability to multitask.
