First Brand: Powered by our in-house manufacturing capabilities and deep customer insights, our first brand Aramya has grown 10X in the past few months. Excited to unlock the next phase of 10X growth in the next few months, and launch many more brands in the years to come


Expectations:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment process for execution roles and mid-senior level positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Use creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging social media, networking events, and industry connections.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, reflecting our vibrant company culture.
  • Offer Negotiation: Skillfully manage offer negotiations and close top talent, ensuring they are excited to join our team.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to attract and retain top talent.
  • Brand Ambassador: Be a brand ambassador for DSLR Technologies, promoting our values and culture to potential candidates.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience, with a track record of hiring for execution roles and mid-senior positions. Exposure to D2C and B2C brands or e-commerce startups is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the D2C fashion industry is highly preferred.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
  • Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with a proactive and meticulous approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
