As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive our IT recruitment efforts.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in IT recruitment.The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent, a deep understanding of the IT landscape, and a passion for creating a seamless candidate experience.
This role will be instrumental in building a strong IT workforce that aligns with our company's goals and culture.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilise various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Job Postings:
Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions that attract top IT talent
Screening and Interviews:
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and providing feedback
Employer Branding:
Promote the company's brand and culture to potential candidates and enhance our presence in the IT community
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular recruitment metrics and reports
Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
QualificationsExperience:
3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Technical Knowledge:
Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Tools:
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.). Zoho Recruits experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
