RoleDescription

This is afulltime onsite role located in Jaipur for a Talent AcquisitionExecutive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible forsourcing screening and interviewing candidates managingrelationships with hiring managers and ensuring a positivecandidate experience. They will also develop strategies to attractand retain top talent and will stay uptodate with industry trendsand bestpractices.

Responsibilities :

  • Sourcecandidates through various channels including job boards socialmedia networking events and employeereferrals
  • Screen resumes conductphone screens and coordinate interviews with hiringteams
  • Build and maintainrelationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidateexperience throughout the recruitmentprocess
  • Manage offer negotiationsand facilitate the hiringprocess
  • Stay updated on industrytrends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improveprocesses andstrategies
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in human resources Business Administration or a relatedfield
  • 1 years of experience inrecruitment with a focus on fullcycle recruiting (JewelleryIndustry Experience is a plus).
  • Goodknowledge of recruitment best practices including candidatesourcing techniques and interviewmethods
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport withcandidates and hiringmanagers.
  • Ability to workindependently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively as part of ateam.
  • Proficiency in applicanttracking systems and other recruitmenttools.
  • Attention to detail andability to multitask.
