Job Summary: We areseeking a friendly organized and efficient Receptionist to be thewelcoming face of our company. The Receptionist will be responsiblefor managing the front desk greeting visitors handling incomingcalls and providing administrative support to various departments.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills aprofessional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fastpacedenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Greetand welcome visitors with a positive helpful attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personor department.
- Manage the reception areaensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Receive sort and distribute daily mail anddeliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetingsand appointments.
- Assist with administrativetasks such as data entry filing and documentpreparation.
- Maintain office security byfollowing safety procedures and controlling access via thereception desk.
- Provide basic and accurateinformation inperson and via phone/email.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such asphotocopying transcribing and faxing.
- SupportHR and administrative departments with various projects and tasksas needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional educationor certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front OfficeRepresentative or similar role.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Handson experience with office equipment (e.g. faxmachines and printers).
- Professional attitudeand appearance.
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
- Excellent organizationalskills and attention to detail.
- Ability to beresourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the abilityto prioritize tasks.
