Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, offering customer support, managing customer accounts, and analyzing customer data to enhance service quality. Day-to-day tasks include providing dedicated support, managing client relationships, addressing customer queries, and ensuring the seamless use of our technology.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Account Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Experience in the influencer marketing or technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
