As the company is growing and increasing its global presence, we’re looking for a Territory Manager in India to act as our brand ambassador and expand the geography of our services to Asian region.

Key Responsibilities:
 Research and analyze the market conditions - luxury housing/architecture/interior design
 Search for and attract new clients, while simultaneously leveraging own database of contacts in the luxury housing/real estate (ideal)
 Organize and conduct preliminary negotiations with potential clients
 Organize meetings between the Principal and potential clients
 Provide Principal assistance in the process of concluding and fulfilling the contracts with clients
 Build long-term productive relationships with clients
 Create various promotional materials, presentations, and commercial offers in collaboration with the design team
 Ensure high level of service, maintaining a stable level of awareness and loyalty among the clients
 Contribute to creating business development opportunities in the region via building the network of business relations
Requirements – an ideal candidate:
 Bachelor's or higher in Marketing/Management/Design/any other related major, or equivalent combination of education and experience
 Relevant work experience - sales or business development in architecture and design studios/construction companies, ideally in the luxury segment
 At least a basic understanding of and interest in architecture & design, ideally - hands-on knowledge of design & construction activities + understanding of modern trends
 Strong strategic/conceptual/consulting sales ability + excellent presentation & negotiation skills
 Client-oriented approach to work and service mentality + knowledge of the ethics of business communication with VIP clients
 Multitasking & problem-solving skills with respect for deadlines and service quality
 Fluent English & Hindi skills, spoken & written, other languages are a big plus
 Great communicator + sociable, presentable and friendly
