Role Overview

Own territory growth for Silvee 925 by opening new retail/jeweller accounts, growing repeat orders, and ensuring on-time collections and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shop-to-shop marketing
     across multiple regions of 
    Maharashtra
     and selected cities in 
    India
    ; plan daily/weekly beats and route maps.
  • Prospect, pitch and 
    onboard retailers/wholesalers
    , distributors, and corporate buyers; maintain strong relationships.
  • Demonstrate catalog/samples, explain 925 sterling silver quality, plating, MOQ, pricing, and policies.
  • Order booking & collections:
     create POs/SOs, coordinate dispatch with ops/warehouse, follow up on payments.
  • Maintain 
    DCR (daily call reports)
    , visit logs, pipeline, and customer master in CRM/Sheets.
  • Track competition, share market insights, and suggest new SKUs/price actions.
  • Support trade shows, buyer meetings, and in-store displays/merchandising when needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of 
    B2B field sales
     (jewellery/fashion/lifestyle/consumer goods preferred).
  • Fluency in 
    Hindi, English, Marathi
    .
  • Two-wheeler + valid DL
     and a smartphone.
  • Proficiency with 
    Google Sheets/Excel
    , WhatsApp Business; basic CRM usage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through; comfortable with targets.

KPIs (What success looks like)

  • New accounts opened per month
  • Monthly order value & repeat order rate
  • Visit productivity (calls/visits per day) & conversion %
  • On-time collections and territory-wise growth

Compensation & Perks

  • 6-day work week Tuesday-Sunday
