Job Summary:

The Marketing Operations specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing marketing processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. This role involves managing budgets, handling vendor relationships, coordinating marketing materials, and branding activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Budget Management and Tracking:
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or effectiveness.
  1. Marketing Operations:
  • Manage Fiori processes, including PR-PO raising, to streamline marketing operations.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to support campaign execution.
  • Ensure the integration and alignment of marketing technologies with business needs.
  1. Vendor Management:
  • Handle vendor registration and payments to ensure smooth and effective collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  1. Marketing Materials Management:
  • Oversee the ordering, printing, stock management, and dispatch of marketing materials.
  • Ensure materials are high quality and available as needed for campaigns and events.
  1. In-Clinic Branding:
  • Plan and execute branding initiatives within clinics to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement branding strategies.
  1. Reporting:
  • Create and maintain trackers and dashboards for performance reporting.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Use analytics tools to track marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Monthly update to sales team on budget updates
  • Marketing calendar updation and roll out on fortnightly basis

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing processes for efficiency.

Implement best practices and tools to enhance workflow and productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Facilitate communication and coordination between departments for successful campaign execution.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with marketing operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, budget management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Fiori. Microsoft word, excel, ppt.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
