This role will be responsible for executing lifecycle marketing campaigns, from building, testing, and deploying, to reporting for all streams including: marketing campaigns, lifecycle campaigns, re-engagement, drip and transactional emails.


About the Role:

Execute lifecycle ad hoc and automated marketing communications via multiple marketing channels (email, in-app message, push, SMS) for acquisition, retention, winback, and transactional purposes. Monitor campaigns post-deployment to validate for completion and accuracy. Conduct A/B testing in all channels to optimize content and design for enhanced performance. Monitor and maintain running automated campaigns for accurate and efficient functionality. Report on campaign performance and aim to hit KPIs and department goals.


Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • 2+ years’ experience using and editing HTML.
  • 1+ years’ experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud Einstein AI a big plus.
  • Experience with Pendo or similar platforms (Braze, Swrve, etc.) a big plus.
  • Experience in setting up automated marketing communications. Strong execution capability with high standards in a rapidly evolving business.
