Mindsprint is looking for a dynamic and creative Content Specialist to join our team, playing an essential role in shaping and communicating our organization's narrative.


Job Description:

  • Develop and creatively write all content designed for multiple platforms > internal and external as required.
  • Work closely with the communication specialist in planning the content calendar and projects related to organization level activities for internal and external events.
  • Take the lead in interviewing internal or external customers or stakeholders to help story tell their wins and successes.
  • Be able to ensure a continuous flow of appropriate content for all channels as designed in the content calendar.
  • Work closely with the visual communications specialist in visualizing content for various channels such as videos, infographics, and appropriately suggest the required treatment for the content.
  • Be the reviewer for all forms of communication internal and externally and support the extended team in closing our priority requirements and projects.
  • Take lead in keeping all brand and communications content relevant and updated, and supported by Comms Specialist, ensure consistency across all platforms. Example, website, corporate deck, corporate boiler plate, and so on.
  • Maintain a repository of all branded and corporate content.
  • As the communication partner for corporate functions such as legal, finance, admin, and support with all organizational level key projects and campaigns.
  • Be able to prioritize across all functions aligning with organizational priorities.
  • Support the broader Corporate Brand and Communications team in organizational level events or activities.


Profile Description:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in content creation, writing, or editing, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing content for multiple platforms (e.g., web, social media, newsletters, internal communications).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities to convey complex information in an engaging and accessible manner.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns that align with organizational goals.
  • Experience in collaborating with visual communication teams to create compelling visual content (e.g., videos, infographics).
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with content visualization tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on content performance.
  • A strong understanding of brand development and communication strategies to maintain consistency across all platforms.
