Marketing Coordinator/Specialist

Job Summary:


We’re searching for a qualified marketing coordinator/specialist reporting into the Director of Marketing Operations, who can support Partner, Event, and Demand Generation initiatives. Support the Marketing Team with the implementation and execution of marketing activities aligned to Diversified’s overall strategic company goals. Helps to facilitate communication and coordination between the marketing team, partners, vendors and other departments within Diversified as it pertains to certain tasks.


What will you be doing?

  • Work with marketing leadership to submit co-marketing plans into manufacturing partner portals prior to campaigns
  • After co-marketing events and activities, submit proof of performance reports and invoices to collect payment from manufacturing partners
  • Track credit memos from manufacturing partners working with accounts payable/receivable teams and provide monthly updates to marketing leadership
  • Act as the liaison between the manufacturing partners and marketing for event/activity detail confirmation, including logo and copy approval, attendee lists, event logistics, etc.
  • Assist Demand Generation Manager with campaign execution, lead routing and maintenance of data within Hubspot.
  • Responsible for SharePoint and Asset Library upkeep and ensuring all content is up-to-date and properly uploaded onto these sites
  • Assist in managing requests that originate from our internal request form submission process. Triage the urgency of requests and communicate deadlines and requirements with requester and marketing team members.
  • Assist Events Manager to develop and drive marketing event project plans from inception to completion. Track and report on event registration numbers, event budget and other metrics.
  • Creating reliable financial reports, processing expenses and collecting payments on time.
  • Independently coordinate marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.


What do we require from you?

Education-Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, accounting, or a related field
  • 4+ years of related experience


Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • Knowledge of spreadsheets, bookkeeping and database import/export functions
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Zoominfo and Smartsheet, marketing automation (Hubspot), and CRM systems (e.g. D365, NetSuite)
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
