Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Prudent Capital - Business Loans located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including prospecting and acquiring new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of financial products and services
Experience in the banking or financial industry
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Graduate in any field
Salary
Fixed salary: 30k
Incentives offered on deal closures
Compensation plans can be discussed upon achieving quarterly quotas.
