Regional Key Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate the set-up and onboarding of regional chain accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular engagement.
- Implement strategic initiatives in Joint Business Plan (JBP) accounts, including new product introductions, product assortment planning, and brand campaigns.
- Improve customer management processes, understanding account needs and expansion plans.
- Manage purchase orders, ensure timely order execution, and oversee collections.
- Conduct fill-rate analysis, timely settlement of debit and credit notes, and intervene as necessary.
- Collect, analyse, and report data to assist in drawing meaningful inferences; track product expiry and returns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Division teams, etc.) to ensure timely execution of promotions, stock availability, events, and driving offtakes.
The Ideal Profile
- In-depth understanding of Modern Trade, preferably from the Beauty and Personal Care sector.
- At least 4 years of proven experience managing regional Modern Trade (MT) chains.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and a strong drive for achieving numerical targets.
- Proficiency in data analysis and ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Strong multi-stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel for 12-15 days per month.
