About the Role

As a Sales Manager you'll be responsible to enhance business from PTL, Cruiser, Conveyor line of business by opting for projects which have smaller quantities required for the same. The appointment will focus on building Addverb's presence in the MSME sector and building a completely new business funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges in warehouse operations.
  • Analysis and Solution Design - Work with clients to understand their specific warehouse automation requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Presenting and Pitching Solutions - Effectively communicate the value proposition of warehouse automation solutions, highlighting benefits like increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved accuracy.
  • Sales Process Management - Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Building Relationships - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support. Be in touch with internal teams for any large opportunity.
  • Meeting Sales Targets - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Market Knowledge - Stay up to date with the investments in the region and Warehouse Hubs.
  • Technical Proficiency - Develop a good understanding of warehouse automation technologies and be able to discuss technical aspects with clients
  • Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and customer service, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (minimum)

Experience
