Our client is a prestigious educational institution that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:


1. Management support
  • Support the Senior Manager of Student Recruitment & Institutional Partnership in creating and executing a sales strategy and overseeing administrative responsibilities.
  • Actively supervise and monitor the implementation of the approved sales strategy, ensuring that all team members complete their tasks professionally and efficiently within deadlines.
  • Take on the responsibility of training and guiding team members on the appropriate procedures for interacting with Institutional Partnership stakeholders, including Agents, Corporate and School channels, and customer consultations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments like Institutional Partnerships & MarCom teams to enhance engagement with audiences and potential customers.
  • Oversee a sales team consisting of 6-8 members, including sales and telesales personnel.
2. Recruitment activities 
  • Deliver personalized services to all candidates applying for degree and pre-university programs at the institution, offering tailored guidance on program selection.
  • Proactively aid students throughout the application process and collaborate with the admissions team to ensure prompt decisions on their program applications.
  • Precisely enroll students in pre-university programs following placement tests to meet class capacity requirements.
  • Provide direct consultation to students to achieve personal KPIs and support the team in achieving collective KPIs.
3. Others
  • Establish and nurture business opportunities through building relationships with external stakeholders, offering consulting services and training as needed.
  • Compile and present reports on a weekly or monthly basis, or as directed by the line manager.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • At least three years of demonstrated experience in a comparable role, preferably in sales; with experience in recruiting university students or providing consultancy for overseas studies; expertise in telesales and telesales management; leadership experience in overseeing teams of six individuals or more.
  • Deep understanding of business product offerings and value propositions.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management abilities as an individual contributor.
  • Capable of making rapid decisions in unforeseen situations before, during, and after events.
  • Proficient in multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in consulting, team management, sales, and telesales training.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Passionate, driven, and competitive with a strong sense of professionalism.

Requirements
Vietnamese citizen Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
