Urgently for Relationship Manager (Female) position for our Begumpet, Hyderabad office.

Qualification: Any Graduate or MBA-HR

Experience: 8-15 years

Work Location: Begumpet (Work from office)

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate with excellent employee managing skills and strong at negotiation skills .
  • Should have hands on experience in HR domain specific to Employee Relations
  • Willing to work in EST Time Zone (7.00PM IST - 4.00AM IST)
  • Should have her own laptop

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and authoritative professional to manage relationships between clients and consultants. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate with impact, handle challenging situations with firmness, and ensure smooth coordination to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact between clients and consultants.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure consultants are aligned.
  • Handle escalations and conflicts with confidence and authority.
  • Monitor consultant performance and ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements effectively with clients and consultants.
  • Provide updates and reports to management on progress and challenges.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong commanding presence and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to make decisions firmly while maintaining professionalism.
  • Prior experience in staffing/recruitment/consulting industry preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 8-15yrs years of experience in client/consultant management roles.
