Role Overview
We are looking for a Demand Generation Associate who will focus on building and managing a steady pipeline of qualified prospects for our sales team. This role is about identifying the right accounts, reaching out with the right messaging, and creating meaningful conversations that convert into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Run personalized outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads.
- Engage with prospects to understand their pain points and introduce Clappia's value proposition.
- Nurture cold and warm leads to move them through the funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities and ensure smooth follow-ups.
- Track outreach activities, measure conversion rates, and continuously improve messaging and targeting.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or inside sales (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and structured follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to research industries, accounts, and personas to craft tailored outreach.
- Driven, persistent, and motivated by achieving targets.
