Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with a proven background in sales and a passion for customer engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a game-changing product, build valuable industry relationships, and contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding organization.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in Delhi/NCR. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that demonstrate the value proposition of On2Cook.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Sales Execution:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives for the Delhi/NCR region.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the foodservice industry , including restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, and institutional kitchens.
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and referrals, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
  • Customize pitches and presentations to effectively communicate how On2Cook addresses specific client needs and challenges.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the client's business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility and foster partnerships.


Market and Product Expertise:

  • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the Delhi/NCR region to identify business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of On2Cook products, features, and applications, enabling you to deliver impactful product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and culinary experts, to stay updated on new product developments and innovations.


Sales Administration and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and deals in the company’s CRM system .
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and performance summaries, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale follow-up to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. An MBA is a strong advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, preferably within the commercial cooking equipment, food service, or kitchen appliance industry.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Delhi/NCR region’s foodservice industry, including key players, distributors, and emerging trends.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in identifying leads, closing deals, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer Focus: A relationship-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools , MS Office applications, and digital communication platforms.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to Travel: Frequent travel within Delhi/NCR to meet with clients, conduct site visits, and close sales deals.
