Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Genius Consultants Limited in Delhi NCR.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong desire to succeed in sales.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving product sales, building relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to customers and answer their queries
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Makes sales appointments with clients and follows up to ensure satisfaction
  • Team up with other employees to ensure products are available and in stores
  • Generate new leads by meeting with consumers and exploring new markets
  • Foster relationships with retail associates to ensure product sales
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 12th Pass/10th qualification
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong desire to succeed in sales
