Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Genius Consultants Limited in Delhi NCR.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, meeting sales targets, and working in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong desire to succeed in sales.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving product sales, building relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to customers and answer their queries
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Makes sales appointments with clients and follows up to ensure satisfaction
- Team up with other employees to ensure products are available and in stores
- Generate new leads by meeting with consumers and exploring new markets
- Foster relationships with retail associates to ensure product sales
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 12th Pass/10th qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong desire to succeed in sales

Our office is located in Delhi NCR and the job involves visiting FMCG shops, taking orders, and making payments. You will need a bike and Android mobile for this role.
