Our mission is to introduce this transformative solution to hospitals and healthcare institutions, enhancing their operational efficiency and reducing costs.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

  1. expanding our network, promoting the Presco system, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the hospital sector.
  2. The candidate must align with Neuralbits’ vision and demonstrate a proven track record of achieving targets and successfully implementing market strategies.
  3. Should have worked on field sales with 4-6 years or more


Key Responsibilities:


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital owners and decision-makers.

• Leverage an existing network of over 500+ hospitals, including 100+ bedded facilities and chain hospitals in the region.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the hospital network, identifying new business opportunities for expansion.

• Work in alignment with Neuralbits’ goals to introduce Presco to paper-reliant hospitals in the region.

• Formulate and execute effective go-to-market strategies with innovative approaches tailored to the healthcare industry.

• Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring all assigned projects are completed successfully and on schedule.

• Collaborate with internal teams for product training and stay updated on SOPs to ensure seamless product presentations and client onboarding.


Demonstrated success in building and growing high performing teams in new geos.

• Excellent executive communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Ability to manage crises and stay calm under pressure while helping the team to navigate crises with ease

Expected Start Date: 26th November 2024

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Fixed Salary: 6-8 LPA
