  • Prepare and present customized quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Liaise with airlines, ground transportation providers, veterinary clinics, and government agencies to arrange pet travel logistics.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork, permits, and health certificates are obtained and completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on their pet's relocation status and address any concerns or questions.
  • Monitor and track pet shipments to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to schedule.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during pet relocations, providing timely resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of pet relocation activities, expenses, and client communications.
