Overview:We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Senior Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for various positions within our organization, playing a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, HRMS tools, Attendance Management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions across different departments and levels.
Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Handling HRMS tools like Keka.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a steady flow of talent.Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.Manage candidate relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing regular updates and feedback on their application status.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating the orientation process.Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.Participate in employer branding initiatives, including attending recruiting events, hosting informational sessions, and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.Qualifications:
At least 70% above throughout my academic career.Proven track record of successfully filling positions across different departments and levels, including technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.Domain Experience is IT Industry is preferred.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and integrity.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software/tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
