Job Description: Junior Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Business Development Lead, you will play a vital role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial Onboarding (First 30 Days):

- Gain a deep understanding of our business model, services, and client journey.- Collaborate with team members to align with our growth goals and objectives.- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and understand industry trends.

Driving Growth (First 3 Months):

- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through direct sourcing, networking, and partnerships.- Understand client needs and deliver impactful pitches and proposals.- Oversee the sales cycle, including negotiations and closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.- Contribute to discussions on enhancing offerings and client value.

Strengthening Client Relationships (6 Months and Beyond):

- Support marketing initiatives through campaigns and events to identify growth opportunities.- Build lasting client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback collection.- Provide market insights to align strategies with business goals and industry dynamics.
