Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing HVAC&R team. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with senior sales professionals to identify new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and promote our range of HVAC&R solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support & Lead Generation**:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads and prospects.
- Support senior sales executives in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the HVAC&R sector.
- Assist with customer follow-ups and inquiries to maintain engagement.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with the customer service team to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
- **Sales Presentations & Proposals**:

- Support the creation of tailored presentations and proposals for clients.
- Assist in the demonstration of HVAC&R products and solutions to potential clients.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a strong understanding of HVAC&R products, services, and industry trends.
- Stay updated on new product features and developments, communicating these to potential clients.
- **Reporting & Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and proposals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer data.
- Assist with tracking sales metrics and performance targets.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales goals, strategies, and updates.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in HVAC/R or Sales are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or HVAC&R industry is preferred, but fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales and HVAC&R will be considered.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of HVAC&R products and technology is a plus, or a willingness to learn.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer success.
- Results-oriented and driven to meet and exceed targets.
- Enthusiastic, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the HVAC&R industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
