Job Description: Junior Business Development Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Business Development Lead, you will play a vital role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:
Initial Onboarding (First 30 Days):
Gain a deep understanding of our business model, services, and client journey.
Collaborate with team members to align with our growth goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and understand industry trends.
Driving Growth (First 3 Months):
Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through direct sourcing, networking, and partnerships.
Understand client needs and deliver impactful pitches and proposals.
Oversee the sales cycle, including negotiations and closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Contribute to discussions on enhancing offerings and client value.
Strengthening Client Relationships (6 Months and Beyond):
Support marketing initiatives through campaigns and events to identify growth opportunities.
Build lasting client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback collection.
Provide market insights to align strategies with business goals and industry dynamics.
