Qualifications:

- Be part of the Engineering delivery team, leading and support implementation of SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) processes in S/4 HANA- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Vendor Intake and Onboarding processes to ensure efficient and compliant vendor management.- Must have experience in Sourcing of Vendor, steps involved to onboard a new vendor and exchanges and data management of Vendors in client systems- Configure SAP system to support vendor registration, qualification, and onboarding workflows.- Experience in Ariba or similar Purchasing Applications is highly recommended- Design and implement vendor evaluation criteria and performance monitoring processes- Develop and maintain documentation of SAP Vendor Intake and Onboarding configurations, processes, and procedures.- Analyze vendor management processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and compliance.- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of SAP Vendor Intake and Onboarding processes.- Stay updated on latest SAP developments and industry best practices related to vendor management.- Develop and execute functional unit test cases in support of new application requirements- Work with cross functional teams to perform test activities (e.g. integration, performance, user acceptance)- Support the deployment of production applications and provide post-production support related to custom system enhancements and integration points.
