Job Summary

At Qauntsapp we are looking for a dynamic team mate to take up the role of Investor

Relations Specialist to support our funding exercises.

  • Investor Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing all investor communications,

scheduling and coordinating meetings, building relationships with venture capital, private

equity, and institutional investors, Investors from Quantsapp client family and preparing

leadership for funding rounds.

  • This role requires strategic execution, discipline in follow-up, and credibility with investors.

Quantsapp does not compromise on integrity, high moral grounds must be held at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain pitch decks for Investor engagement and awareness
  • Create a pipeline of investors across the globe for Indian as well as global operations
  • Actively engage, reach out, and schedule meetings with qualified investors.
  • Coordinate investor roadshows, conferences, and networking sessions
  • Prepare monitoring systems for investor relations and reporting systems of investor

communication.

  • Monitor and address Investor queries and actively handle investor support lines with required

resources in place.

  • Liaise with Compliance and Financial officers to support every fund raising rounds.
  • Track global VC/PE trends in Trading, Investments and Market Data Vendors space.
  • Represent Quantsapp in investment forums and summits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Charter in Finance (CA/CFA) is must
  • Expertise (2+ years of experience) in in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Corporate Finance,

or Strategic Consulting.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to handle high-level investors

confidently.

  • Highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple fundraising processes

simultaneously.

  • Thorough knowledge of Financial Modeling, Valuation concepts and Financial Projections
  • Proficiency in making Pitch Decks with custom versioning for Investor awareness.

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job location: Andheri (East), Mumbai

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
