We are seeking a dynamic **Public Relations Specialist** to enhance our brand visibility, manage media relations, and drive customer engagement through strategic PR efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ **Media Relations & Press Coverage**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Write and distribute press releases, event announcements, and media kits.
- Secure media coverage in top publications, blogs, and social media platforms.

✔ **Event Promotion & Brand Awareness**
- Plan and execute PR campaigns to promote club nights, restaurant events, and special promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create buzz-worthy activations.
- Manage red carpet events, influencer collaborations, and celebrity appearances.

✔ **Crisis Communication & Reputation Management**
- Monitor brand mentions and handle any public relations crises with professionalism.
- Craft official statements and responses to maintain a positive brand image.

✔ **Social Media & Digital PR**
- Work with social media managers to amplify PR efforts across digital platforms.
- Engage with online communities to boost visibility and guest engagement.
- Identify partnership opportunities with influencers, bloggers, and content creators.

✔ **Guest & VIP Relations**
- Manage relationships with VIP guests, celebrities, and industry insiders.
- Ensure high-profile patrons receive an exceptional experience at our venue.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in public relations, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment.
Strong media connections and a knack for securing press coverage.
Exceptional writing, communication, and networking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Understanding of social media trends and digital PR strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
