Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kanpur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing proposals and presentations to secure new contracts. The manager will also be expected to conduct market research, stay informed about industry trends, and work collaboratively with the project and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of solar projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the solar industry and renewable energy sector
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders
