Experience: 2+ Years in Interior Design Sales / Related Field

Salary: 18,000 – 25,000

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our dynamic interior design firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in interior design sales, a strong understanding of the interior design industry, and the ability to identify and create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design sector.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.

· Present and promote interior design services to prospective clients.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior design solutions.

· Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met.

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Prior experience in interior design sales or related field.

· Good knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and industry standards.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.

· Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.

· Exposure to project management and client coordination.
