Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to handle inbound sales inquiries, qualify potential leaders, and support the sales process. The Sales Calls Executive plays a key role in shaping the customer's first impression and guiding them through our service offerings to ensure high lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and respond to incoming sales calls professionally and promptly.

Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions effectively.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route high-potential leads to the appropriate sales channels.

Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead progress in CRM software.

Schedule follow-up calls, demos, or in-person meetings as necessary.

Support the sales team by preparing call summaries and client briefs.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Handle initial objections and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in Real Estate, B2B sales.

Experience in managing an Office or Coworking will be an Add-on

Multilingual abilities (optional, based on market requirements).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a high-paced environment.

Familiarity with MS Office Suite & CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot will be an add-on

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
