We are hiring Process Associates for our UK Inbound Customer Support process. As a Process Associate, you will handle incoming calls from UK-based customers, assist with their queries, and provide accurate information and resolutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in rotational UK shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from UK customers in a professional manner
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Adhere to company scripts, quality standards, and compliance policies
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily/weekly performance goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
  • Comfortable working in rotational UK shifts
  • Basic computer literacy and good typing speed
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player
