What you’ll bring to the table:
2 to 4 years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience with software product management lifecycle and Agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering customer-driven solutions.Ability to own small, well-scoped workflows and implementation (configuration DIY based) that meet specific customer requirements.Self-starter with a customer-first mindset, capable of creative thinking and relationship building. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex messages clearly to both customers and stakeholders.Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive, with the ability to manage multiple customer priorities simultaneously.Strong project management and tracking skills, comfortable making decisions that prioritize customer outcomes.

(2:30 PM - 11:30 PM/6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)**Candidates should be interested to Work from Office in Kolkata.
