Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Manager with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the education sector, to manage HR operations at our institution in Calicut. The candidate must have practical knowledge of ESI, PF, and HR compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Manage ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Support employee relations and grievance handling
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Organize employee engagement activities

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in the education sector)
  • Good knowledge of ESI, PF, and labor law compliance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Salary: Based on experience and qualificationsWorking Days: Monday to Saturday
