Job Description

HR MANAGER ( Experience : 5 + Years )

The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational goals. The role ensures a positive work environment, manages HR policies, and works closely with leadership to drive employee engagement and development.

ROLES

  • Strategic Partner: Align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Employee Advocate: Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure employee well-being.
  • Change Agent: Manage organizational change and drive improvements.
  • Administrative Expert: Oversee HR operations, records, and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Manage the hiring process, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in goal setting and employee development.
  • Monitor and improve employee productivity.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
  • Support career development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure competitiveness and fairness in compensation.

Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Maintain HR records and generate reports.
  • Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.

Health & Safety:

  • Promote occupational health and safety practices.
  • Support wellness programs and initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
