Job Title: HR Executive

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting follow-up.
  • Help manage employee benefits administration and answer employee inquiries.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Organize and maintain HR documents, files, and databases.
  • Provide support in performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and other HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
